I really like Kacy Nichols, DO. I've been seeing her since my regular doctor retired a few years ago. Dr. Nichols is very knowledgeable about health issues, she's friendly, recommends medical services that her patients may need now or later if the patient wants to proceed. If I have any questions or if I don't understand something ( medicines or procedures) she will explain it to me. She will probably be my doctor until I don't need one anymore. Unless of course if she retires.

Dr. Nichols is very engaging and caring doctor. She is a good listener as well as being good at explaining well. She never appears rushed to leave me behind, taking time to answer questions and discuss my concerns. I appreciate having her as my doctor, and am confident that she will take great care of me and my overall health.

I have had two appointments with Dr. Nichols. Both have been without complaint. She is attentive, ready to answer questions and makes you feel heard. I am quite happy with her professionalism, knowledge and caring. Pretty perfect combo for me.
